Anyone see invisible avatars? (no, really)

So, as some folks might recall there was a weird bug which caused the occasional invisible avatar (name displayed but no avatar visible). We believe most of these bugs have been squashed but if you happen to see this occur, please post here with some info about the situation. I’ll then have a developer look into it…

I was invisible to myself tonight. I couldnt click on myself to try the appearance mode workaround. I found a Linden and asked if he could see me and he said yes. I relogged and was fine. This occurred after a teleport.

same problem as minomer but it occured after i got killed and respawned at my home location. so i guess that's same as being teleported...

My invisible avatars have been replaced by naked avatars, solid grey until they go ot the edit apparences window.

i logged in tonight and it said "clothes are still loading, but other people can still see you" or something to that effect, but i remained invisable and i couldnt click on myself to change apperiance. i logged out of the game and went back in, but i still was invisable. i did this 2 more times, but to no avail.  |

i logged in tonight, ( a different night from before) and im STILL invisable, all tonight. this is the second night

You can edit your appearance from the edit menu as well, that may help. People keep insisting that I am naked. I am fully clothed as far as I can tell  |

I've seen this. Last night I died and respawned inside a floor (as far as I could tell). When I finally extricated myself I couldn't see myself, although everyone else could see me. The only way to fix it was to relog (editing appearance did nothing).

Last night Darkwing was completely invis to me, no name either.
I could see his white energy rings when he did something, but that was it.
And when I logged in, I was also invis to me until my account info finished retrieving.

Moved post to new thread ---- Since last night after Taber went down, when i logged back in i was invisable, and still am. I can't double click on any clothes/body in my inventory, and i can't see any pictures when i go into appearance. Others can see me, but besides the outfit i'm wearing, my hair/body looks different Any ideas how to fix? I've tried upgrading and downgrading my graphic card drivers (as i have geforce 2), tried uninstalling then reinstalling then rebooting, and nothing worked. Help!  |
