I am not sure what changed, but I cannot open SL(as b4 sl would start up when slurl was clicked on) or even tp from a slurl posted on any website, with sl already running. I usually travel this way as it is easier to find places by clicking on the Slurls posted on websites. I usually use Internet Explorer, but for the last 3 weeks, everytime I click on a slurl, I get the same message, Application does not exist, well I know it does as I have asked others and they have no problems doing this..lol. The correct landmark comes up with this error message, but still nothing. I even downloaded firefox and the same thing is happening. Anyone ever heard of this?
Please help! This is just driving me batty and slowing me down as well. lol
Merry Christmas ;~)

You could try uninstalling SL and reinstalling it. Just a guess.

Does the slurl page open, and the error message appears when you click the "teleport now" link?
Exactly what version of SL are you using?
If you are using Win XP, you could try
running regedit, ( Start Run Regedit )
find the following: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\secondlife\shell\open\command
Right-click HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\secondlife\shell\open\command and select Delete.
Then reinstall SecondLife. That should add the correct registry value back in.
