Cannot login: Waiting for region handshake

I do not have any firewalls up, or any thing to stop it from working. the PC that hosts internet to mine crashed last night, therefore I lost internet, logged out, waited for the internet to come back online and now I cant even login!

Its slow to begin with, takes forever to login and initialize the world, but it dies out when it tries to get the region to handshake. and I can't teleport out of the region im in either. This is really starting to make me a little bit frustrated. can anybody help me?

Login is very slow again, 6 attempts just didnt ever respond, 7th worked.
