I created my first animation using Avimator. The animation worked fine on the program but after I uploaded it parts of the animation won't work and other parts will. Why is this?

What part of your animation works and what part doesn't?
It's a few months since I uploaded an animation so I might be a little off here. When you choose upload you get your preview before you upload. You need to set up the loop in loop out points.......in percentage. I had issues with that when I uploaded my first animation. Qviamater shows the frame at which point the loop begins and ends but it also gives you the percentage. I write down those points to enter in the preview setup. Also your animation cannot be more that 30 secs in length......you might have to adjust your FPS or otherwise shorten the time from the beginning of the animation to the point where it loops back to start over at the loop in point. I had trouble with that too.
I'm not very good with animations so I'm no final word on the subject by any means.

Make sure you move every joint at least a little and then upload it at Priority 4 (the highest priority.)
Also, make sure you check the 'loop' checkbox when you upload it so it loops continuously.
