Legs turning white!!

Everytime I wear certain jacket layers my legs turn completely white. When i remove the layer they return to normal. This only started today. And the jackets that are causing it have been worn before with no problems.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

I've had issues with my legs turning white as well.. No idea why though, but it sucks since it seems pretty permanent to the item, it doesn't help much to just relog or anything of that sort :S
