I just started getting this glitch this morning but my friend has been getting it for quite a while. Whenever I select somthing or I am just walking rings of red blue and green light come up from the ground, its really really annoying, how can I fix this?

(Ctrl-Alt-D or Ctrl-Alt-Shift-D for the debug menus)
Under Client (or Advanced depending on the viewer you're using) make sure that "Show Updates" is unchecked (no little x in front of it).
