EDIT: I logged in using IE and it works, it doesn't with opera... a cache thing maybe... sorry.
I sent a support ticket three days ago and never got a reply yet. They usually replied in about 24 hours.
Now I log into the support page / Submit a Ticket and I got this message:
Your E3 Service Level Agreement does not include the Ticket Feature. Please contact [email]no-reply@secondlife.com[/email] for more information.
I check my account info to see if something terrible has happened, but no, I'm strill premium and I do not own them a dime.
Anyone have/had this problem?
