I am a new resident & I have a problem ? When I try to run the Secondlife program I get the message "secondlife seems to have crashed" & then it go`s to a send crash report log.
Can anybody help with a solution ?? I would like to go further with secondlife, installation & operating system seem to be okay.

Try turning off some or most of Vista's bells and whistles. Vista is a memory hog and so is SL. Two gigs of ram is really not enough if Vista is running with all that Aero crap. Also go to ATI's website and check for a driver that is tested with Vista.

i have Xp SP2 but the same problem

after saying loading world on the bar it goes on the loading quicktime and then crashes, i read and read and did already a graphic card driver update and also installed the latest version of quicktime but still have the same problem.
my computer specifications are:
