Hi.  Since last night a friends avatar is stucking in SL. It just stands there at the same place, frozen, phantom and not accessible. To re-login doesn't work. The account is blocked because of the frozen avatars presence. She contacted Linden support. I guess they will help. Though I'm wondering, if anyone had to deal with the same problem already and knows perhaps what's the reason for it. And if something can be done to solve it. Thank you. |

Contact the land owner if its private, or LL if its mainland and request a restart of the region. The avatar is ghosted, seems to be a VERY common problem these days. ~Brie
