Hello, I am trying to deed a parcel to a group and it wont deed. I can set the parcel to group no problem, but when I click the deed button, the owners name does not change to group. I can do it on other parcels no problem, and with other groups. Am I missing something?

Are you renting on a private Estate?
On my Estate, the region rules are set to prevent resell of rented land. The has a side effect preventing deeding to group.
Just ask an estate manager to temporarily allow resell of land, just long enough for you to deed it, then they can set set back, and you all fixed.
