I'm just curious to know if anyone else is experiencing this. I have a Radeon 9600 running in a P4 1.6 machine with 1gig of DDR. For some reason when I log into the preview and try to play animations, the game freezes and stops responding. Has anyone else experienced this or am I the only one? Just wanna know if it's a bug or just my system.

I've gotten 30-60 second video lockups, but it seems to always come back eventually.
Just to verify if you're having the same problem as I am, if it's just the video freezing, give it about 2 mins or so to see if it comes back =)
If it's just outright crashing, then it's not the same thing I'm experiencing...

I experienced the same thing as Kex a lot in the preview and i also had quite a few crashes where it never unfroze again even after leaving it for many minutes.

Count me in too guys. I've never had a preview run so badly on me before. I get frequent pauses in the game, sometimes I get the hour glass and it unfreezes after a few minutues and other times the program goes to not responding and just crashes on me altogether. Not to mention that most animations that work just fine for everyone else don't work for me at all. I crashed yesterday closing my inventory window.
P4 3.06 ghz
512 mb ram

Oh yeah, I should add, this may just be coincidence but most of my freezes and crashes happened whilst I had a Gesture details window open. As I say, this may be coincidence as I tended to have one open most of the time but don't remember crashing when I didn't have one open.
There's also a bug in the preview screen when you upload an animation. Many of the animations I uploaded, although they worked fine once uploaded, just brought up a torso in the preview window with no head, arms or legs. Trying to preview the animation just wouldn't work but once uploaded it worked fine. If anybody from LL wants these files I have copies I can email.

Most of my freezes happen when I move into a plot that has streaming attached. But they're really tiny freezes.
