i just can't get into SL, it crashes or something everytime, or it says region restart. help please?

yes, did same thing, i got back in a few mins ago, but just crashed on a TP.

it's happening again, all the same messages, crashing just after log in or region is in restart.

it was the firewall in my router i got from the cable company, it reset to default.
