I have a friend that when she login's and tries to TP somewhere she will either take a long time, or crash and forces her to log out, and all her groups are gone but it still shows she has them in your profile, just not under her groups how can we fix this problem?

I got the same shit login is ok.
But groups are blank i cant get into my landoptions and tp is down even cant upload pictures is says Unable to upload asset..
I need my land right
