use the e and c key instead i would assume, just make sure chat bar is closed

On a Macbook, use the fn key with the up & down arrow keys for PgUp/PgDn. Fn + the left & right arrow keys does home & end.
Every other Mac keyboard I can remember using has PgUp, PgDn, Home and End keys. What keyboard are you using?
