When I try to adjust a newly made eyepatch, I can't due to this odd occurance.
I attach the eyepatch to my left eye. Select it to adjust it and it starts moving with the mouse. I just have the edit window open, position selected. Wherever I move the mouse on the screen the eyepatch seems to "mouselook" with focus on my cursor. Not pressing any mouse buttons, simply moving the mouse does it.
I'm bald, have a custom upper body skin.
2 minutes later:...
I just removed custom upper body skin and shirt, put a full head of hair on, still same anomaly.

I think if you attach the eye-patch to the skull and move it into place it will stay put.
An object attached to the "eye" might move with the eye as it "looks" around.
Just a thought.

hmm, have to try that when I get back in, crashed out heh thank ya
However, if that is true, attaching something to your eye, then trying to adjust it is difficult with it following the mouse as soon as you attach it. It shouldn't start following mouse until you come out of the edit mode.

I'm glad you guys are exercising the new attachment points. I just fixed the problem with your head trying to turn in the direction you are "pointing" while editing attachments, but I think I forgot to stop the eyes. I have to admit, it's fun to watch the avatar go cross-eyed when you click on something on his nose (like a pair of glasses).
Ok, so I'll stop the eye motion when you select an eye attachment only. Is it clear that the attachment points labeled Left and Right Eyeball are referring to the eyeball itself (think contacts), and not the point on your face (eye socket?) where an eyepatch would go?
