Setting Objects to Not be Able to Resell

After scanning the forums and seeing just how much reselling of other's objects in unacceptable ways is prominent and even seeing it done in my own recently opened market, I have decided that it would probably be a good idea if I start setting my items to not be resellable. My problem is that I can't actually unselect the check box to do so. This goes for edit mode and when I bring up the box from my inventory. Does it only work with certain settings? (ie you have to have the sell set to original and not copy, etc) I'm obviously missing something. Thanks in advance for your help. :)

If Copy isn't selected, SL won't let you deselect Resell/Give Away. You need to select either Copy *or* Resell/Give Away.

I feel this is a design flaw in the dialog box -- those options should be radio buttons, and not check boxes.

Why would you disable the option to let people both copy and transfer objects? One of my recent creations is set as copy/transfer, since I want it to be spread as widely through the world as possible -- I'll make money off the associated subscription service.
