SL on Vista Ultimate 32

I'm completely unable to start SL or the SL RC on Vista x32 Ultimate. As soon as I start it up it crashes. I been searching the forums and Google and i can't identify the problem. Has anyone been able to get SL running on Vista x32 recently?

My machine is:
Core2Duo 2Ghz
2GB RAM
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family 358 Mb
Vista Ultimate x32

The drivers are updated.

The problem likely isn't with Vista but the video card, Intel graphic chipsets generally don't play nice with SL due to their poor OpenGL support.

http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/MISC-327 - the last comment has a suggestion (will only work with 1.19.1 since the XML schema changed with the RC) that's worth a try

settings.xml will be under %AppData%\SecondLife\user_settings (just copy/paste that into regular explorer's address bar and you'll end up in the right folder)

Yes, i understand that the video card is the problem, i just offered all the information. The problem now is where i paste the two lines in the settings.xml? Anywhere? And that is a solution for 945, i have 965, it's the same thing? I tried to paste the lines and it still crashes...
