Ok i was on my account going fine then i bought some lingerie....(Im A Guy..) Was a joke nothing was showing...was at an info hub not greifing just walking around.
But my account was banned for 1 hour? no email saying i had done anything wrong..Then i tried it again then it came up with the message at the top about the computer not being able to access sl..?
How long does it take for lindons to resolve an issue ive submitted a ticket? or could anyone say what ive done wrong.

They do issue emails for bans, usually with the duration for ban and reason for it. Not sure what is going on with that.

What number should you call if this has happened to yourself? I've had a similar error but have not been banned and have been waiting four days for my support ticket to go through. Honestly I want this issue to be resolved and so would like to call them.
Help is appreciated.

But was not doing anything wrong. you obviously did something wrong. if one of your accounts gets banned, using any of your alts during that time counts as "ban evasion" which can get you permabanned. and LL does know who is whos alt. hardware hashes and all that (which is what they use for the "can't be accessed from this computer" ban).

I've been having the same problem for 5 days now. I was able to log on the 18th at 6am eastern time, but when I went to log on at 5:30pm eastern time I got the sl cannot be accessed from this computer message. I know for a fact I havent done anything wrong cause I was at my house going thru my inventory. It was late and only 1 of my calling card contacts was online, which was my roommate. I've sent a few tickets, one says work in progress, (for like 4 days now) no one has helped me at all, except one person told me that my pc has been tagged for being banned.... which is a load of crap. I can long onto secondlife.com and my account can be accessed from other computers but not mine. No e-mails from anyone telling me why this has happened. Nothing. No updates on the tickets I sent. I've tried everything, I was told that there is no technical support phone number I can call, by someone in the billing department (that was the only number I could find).
Is there a way to find out anything at all, from anyone?

From: Raz Darkmatter roommate That would be my first suspect. Have you filed a ticket? You could try this number: (866) 476-9763 . I'm not sure just what that number is for, it may be for people who've forgotten their password or some such.

She would have no reason to report/tag me for anything. We're best friends. (of 4 years before SL)
I have filed 3 tickets, and only 1 has been a "work in progress" for 4 days.
I will call in an hour or two, trying to get my daughter to bed. Thank you.
