I've been waiting for it to stop telling me that the system is logging me out when I go to log in. I crashed 2 days ago and left it alone, came back the day after and it was still logging me out... so I waited, still logging me out... I kept trying for a while. The day after that, today, I tried again. Same thing.
It's like my account's stuck. Is there a way to reset things?

You can't resolve this situation on your own. The sim you crashed on needs to be rebooted. If it is a private island, an estate manager can do that for you. If you don't know the sim where got stuck, just send a support ticket.

A support ticket is as good as playing roulette.
Good luck. My ticket went 4 days without an answer before i stopped checking. It took a Linden from Concierge to restart the sim the account was in. Which is what we did on the 4th -no response- day from LL.
I hope you get this resolved faster than i did.

I don't have any linden buddies... but with the software update, hopefully the sim will reboot soon anyway. Thanks again!

My ticket got reviewed by the day after and the problem resolved. Thank you Dee Linden!
I ended up sending two tickets. The first would've never been reviewed, because it was sent as the wrong ticket type for a free account and therefore the system rejected it. I didn't know until I checked my email. Turned out that wasn't a confirmation mail.
