Hair and stretching

I read that you can stretch your hair but I am having trouble.
They said to edit, check stretch and then you will see a box.
I have looked and looked for a box on my hair but do not see one.
Can anyone help me figure this out?

Remember to always make a copy before you do any editing of any kind, especially if you're still unsure about it.

(Edited to add that you should look at the permissions on the hair as well, it needs to be mod in order to stretch it and some designers are selling no mod hair that contains a resizing script which you're better off just staying away from)
