Is the ATI radeo VIVO 64mb video card going to work for this? Its not one of the listed cards but it can't be that old.

The ATI Radeon VIVO _might_ work. We don't have one of these internally for testing, and it's not clear from ATI's web site what the core chipset is.
We have tested Second Life with ATI Radeon 8500 and 9700 cards. The 8500 works pretty well. On the 9700, sometimes textures flicker yellow -- if you see this, please post your card info and driver information in the forums! We believe that SL runs well on 9500 cards.
