Ok before I go and buy a new laptop im wondering will it even work and work well...
Im always feeling lost when trying to find a good laptop thats affordable for this game.
so the one im looking at is this one... Please tell me what you think... It always help to hear what other ppl think...

Sounds good to me. Specs aren't exactly off the charts, but they're solid.
The only sticking point for me might be the fairly low resolution screen. At only 768 pixels tall, the view will be a bit confining, especially if you're planning on doing any texturing work. Other than that, everything looks good.
Out of curiosity, what's the price?
