What are the network port requirements for Second Life?
From inspection of network traffic, it appears to require:
TCP source(1024:65535) - destination (443) [HTTPS] UDP source(12034) - destination (12035:12036)
Can someone please verify that this is accurate and complete.
And can Linden then add this to the system requirements. As a network administrator I really hate the number of applications requiring non-standard ports that fail to document such configurations on their website for users.

From the Knowlege Base: From: someone The ports that need to be opened are 12020 - 13050. If that range seems to be large, you can limit it to 12020 - 12050 and 13000 - 13050.
The best solution is to allow full connections to the entire Second Life server farm. Each server has its own IP address, and Second Life owns the entire 63.211.139.* IP range in order to add more servers in the future, so your best bet is opening 63.211.139.1 - 254 for future compatibility. I'm not sure if the IP range is still accurate and complete, but the port range is.

Those ports are for TCP and UDP, or just UDP?

As far as I know, just UDP. The only TCP connection I know of is that initial connection to the login server.

As far as I can tell the servers run on two class C's
66.150.244.x 66.150.245.x

I came up with the same.
66.150.244.* and 66.150.245.*
UDP ports listed in knowledgebase seem to be fine (although I have only logged source 12034 destination 12035).
