Inventory Move Crash?

I really don't know how to explain the problem I'm having.. Basically when I log into the game, everything starts up fine, I was beginning to build something when I notice my kitty attachment is slightly off, so I went to readjust it. When I did, the item moved below the The Library folder, like so:

I've tried moving it back into the Objects folder three times now, and each time I click the Bombay_1 object (ie the cat) SL immediately crashes. Before I start rigorously building, is this a known issue? How do I track/title something like this, and is there a way to fix it?

i had a similar problem - i had a folder of dances that somehow got stuck between the "my inventory" folder and the "library" folder
i could still use the dances but it drove me nuts that the folder wasn't in its place and nothing i did helped
about 2 months after, the problem just fixed it self
i wish i could tell you why/how but it is a mystery to me
