accessing

hey everyone i was wondering like i tryed to log into secondlife today (in world) and i havent been on for awhile but it told me that secondlife is not accessible through this computer and it told me to contact support at secondlife.com i got so confused with the whole ticketing thing and im not sure exactly what to do to get secondlife working back on my computer if anyone could please answer that would be great

I was on SL earlier without any problems and logged off as normal when I had finished. A few hours later I tried to log on again and got the same message as you.

When I tried to investigate this matter further in the FAQ section of support it states that this can mean that an account has been suspended due to 'bad things' being done by the account holders avatar in world. The support section also suggested that if a customer is sure they haven't done anything dodgy then perhaps someone else in their home has accessed their account and done something they shouldn't have!!!

I've since been trying to find Live Help (which I keep reading is available to Premium Account Holders, of which I'm one) but I've yet to find a link to this 'Live Help'

I'd be ETERNALLY grateful if someone could help myself and the person above to resove this issue......I'm getting severe withdrawal symptoms!
