Could you give me any more details? A quick upload shows it working for me.
Specifically:
How exactly is it broken?
What animation are you trying to upload (perhaps email me the .bvh to [email]kelly@lindenlab.com[/email])
Where are you when it is broken, are there lots of people around or are you by yourself?
Is it broken on the first animation you upload or the 10th?

Any animation I have tried to upload today has it showing as me curled up in a ball... I have tried still poses and actual aniamtions... none seem to work, if I go ahead and uplaod it , it will work fine in SL, just not the preview..
I am in Le Cadre and there are about 20 people here.

Thanks Sensual. This is a known bug, an old bug that just recently resurfaced. A temporary solution is to do the texture uploading in a sim without any or many other avatars.
We are aware of the bug, however I do not have a time frame for when it will be fixed.
