Sometimes, when I hit the pageUp key to FLY up, The sky sucks me up and I keep going up and up and up. Does anyone know how to fix this? When I try to push the "fly" button to stop flying it will not turn off!!! Please help!
It happens everytime I play. thanks

That, my friend, is called lag. Find a way to eliminate it completely from the internet and you will be richer than God. Maybe even richer than Bill Gates.

Sounds maybe like lag or packet loss, you can try adjusting your network settings down in the preferences menu (at the password screen).
When it happens sometimes you can re-establish a connection by either right-clicking on the ground or an object and chosing 'sit here' or by teleporting someplace.

Before you go to such desparate measures, try tapping the PageUp key a few times. Sometimes, the fact that you released the key doesn't register with SecondLife.

That has been happening for awhile now. I haven't found any way to get rid of it except for logging out and back in. Tapping the "Page Up" key hasn't worked for me yet.

Heh, I had this problem too when I was playing with buoyancy in a scripted attachment. Lots of frustrating fun =D
