(stupid bugs making me reveal my secret arsenal)

I have a gun that rez'es a hollow spehere around another avatar. The spehere has a script that makes sure an avatar is inside, and if so, floats away.

Sometimes when the sphere gets to a certian height (or the avatar inside bumps around a certian amount, I'm not sure) The sphere breaks in to peices and falls to the ground so:

1) is this proper behaviour? what are the rules for primitives breaking apart, I think I've seen this with the stock beach ball too.

2) The pieces become public. So if I delete them, I get $4 for _each_ piece. I'm not sure if I got $10 or $6 or $0 when it goes public. But I'm either loosing money or gaining money

3) The script is still in the pieces, and is readable by anyone. Super bad!
