Where's the money?!

I used the lindenx for the first time last month. $174.45 US after taxes. They never sent me my money @ paypal. I wait and wait and wait. All the process credit transaction page shows me is its 'in progress'. (The paypal end of things is set up correctly, please, I do know better than that!)

How long is this normal? >one week? >two weeks? >three weeks?

They say five days, its been longer than that, sooo...

I call the billing number and wait, wait wai CLICK. ok, I call back, I call back, I call back DING! Person. The billingman tells me to write a letter using the Website. So I write a letter on the website. I wait, I wait, no reply, not even an automated one telling me they got my first one like with other tickets. I write again, I start writing every day... Nothing.

Today I call billing again, Verizon replies and tells me that that number is no longer in service... (yes I know how to dial a phone, I call it several times just to quadruple check.)

Here I am, Lindens have my money. They won't send it to me, I can't call them, they won't reply to letters, and my account still says they are going to pay me, but they don't.

So I ask you, how long does this go on for until I get my money?
Who can I write/call/contact with smoke signals! to get my money?

They take money out of my account very very fast, they have no problems accessing my money. Whats the hold up when they owe me?!

is there some other company that I can sell my linden's too like in the old days? (I already paid for a year last month so quitting is sort of counter-productive and I still have products for sale and in development)

Oh, I just realized, they must be putting the money in an interest bearing account to get more cash back? Not sure thats legal but I bet they would know.. Or is there some explanation less evil?

When I sell through SLExchange I normally have my money in my PayPal within 5 minutes.

on march 13th I attempted to buy lindens with my paypal account and got nothinng, sent an email to paypal & submitted a support ticket... no response to either, I am hoping paypal refunds my $$ as I filed a report with them, but I am seriously annoyed at the linden lack of response.. anyone have any ideas on how to get a response?

Go there and throw rotten eggs, it wont be a good response, but I am sure they will finally care about you.

Log in to the support portal and initiate live chat. (That is if you are premium)
If you search my name you'll see this happened to me a while back and it took a reallly long time to resolve. I tried tickets and that didn't work. Granted, it was only 25 bucks but it was the principle with me.

So, that's what gets it done, and hopefully you will get the Linden who helped me. Took 15 minutes.

Good luck and I really am sorry this happened to you!
