Peal me a pea and paint me purple! http://blog.secondlife.com/2008/03/12/required-viewer-update-to-1190-on-wednesday-march-12th/#comment-590162So someone over at LL actually had a look at the user feedback??? NO WAY! Just one thing: Where can I get my hands on one of the older clients now? Because if they DO still allow it I want to log back in a few times and meet my friends in the cinema a last time.

Kruge
I have every client ever issued and downloaded still sitting on my HD. (since I joined)
If you don't delete the old one manually it should also be on your HD too, just look in the folder where it normally gets downloaded to and you should find it. If its the regular client then i think numbers 1.18.2 onwards should work, 1.18.3 definitely does cause I still have that running.

Both uninstalled and deleted, sorry. I keeps me some tidy HDs. Otherwise I wouldn't ask here.

http://www.realxtend.org/The realxtend-Viewer can run movies again now, if you like me use win2k and don't have an old original viewer left to install.

go to boy lane's site, direct links to older versions there, and installing the coolrelease on top of them gets you around the version checks... http://my.opera.com/boylane/
