Pending Land

I recently bought 256 sq meters over my current tier which I didn't realize would put me over and do not want. I tried to release it but it wouldn't allow me to do it and told me to go to the account settings.

I went to account under SL's website and saw the pending land note and clicked Continue. At this point it only gives me the option to Accept Tier Change.

The top of the page says " If you choose not to move into the higher cost tier, simply choose not to complete the land acquisition."

Do I just ignore and don't click on the Accept Tier Change and let it be until my time runs out? I was looking for a decline or similiar option but am not having much luck.

The 'About Land...' dialog box will allow you to release pending land that you have claimed or purchased.
