it starts to load and the anthor screen pops up saying Newveiw has caused an error in NBICD.DLL what should i do?

thats a OpenGL ICD dll Ive mostly seen it in old Savage 3D card drivers. So id say it was a very old video card or a driver issue - what video card? etc. n/m  just saw the other response to this - a savage card wow! Id say treat yourself to a nice new upgrade
