What laptop video systems will work with second life? |

I'm looking at getting a laptop computer, and need to know what video systems will work with second life the best... from what i'm looking at, my options are as follows:
* GeForce4 440 Go (64MB) * ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 (64MB) * ATI 9000 (64MB) *GeForce2Go (32MB) * ATI Mobility M4 (32MB) * ATI M9 (32MB) ... i don't know jack about laptop video hardware  could a linden, or someone very knowledgeable about laptop video hardware, please tell me which of these cards will even work with SL, and then possibly list them in order of which ones will perform best? thanks! |

It runs "fine" on my Geforce2go 16mb.
So I recomend the Geforce4s. If you can ... get the Geforce 4200go. Its a standard Geforce 4 4200 in a laptop. |

i didn't see any dell refurbs with a GF4 4200go, and it'd probably be too expensive for me... i'm looking at $1500 max for a laptop

SL runs *superbly* on my laptop, which is a dell inspiron 8200. I have a mobility radeon 9000, with 512megs of ram.

I've got the GEForce4 Go on a Dell Inspiron 8200 P4. I run SL and a variety of high enders on it np.
