I opened my Find/Events screen and i accidentally dragged it under the Taskbar/Chat area! I've tried turning of chat and the toolbar but it dosent show up underneath it, what do I do!?

try going into window-mode... it usually moves windows around the screen when you do

The alternative is to uninstall and reinstall SL. That'll fix it. But yeah, try switching the window size first.

Catherine, no need even for that... I believe the window locations are in a text file for settings ...
c:\documents & settings\$yourname\application data\secondlife\user_settings\settings.ini
rename or delete that and start SL, it should reset all to defaults

You know... SL really needs a 'reset all UI interface dealy thingies' menu selection.
Ach, who cares, they'll be altering the UI to be customizable in a few releases anywho.
