One of my accounts crashes during the log in process. It crashed last night and now continually crashes. I've tried to log in to a different sim, but that hasn't helped. I log in fine with this account.

I'm trying to think of any reasons I've heard for this happening - not that it's necessarily any of these, of course.
Something corrupted in the cache (can't remember - do accts share cache? I think so - so that's out if it's the case)
Corrupted attachment (like a hud)
Something corrupted in Inventory

You could try clearing the cache, and then try logging in from some different places.
If you do manage to get the account to log in you might want to do an immediate "Detach All".
If that doesn't work there might be a settings_per_account file to delete and see what happens. One of my accounts has such a file, it's at C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\SecondLife\Firstname_LastName\settings_per_account.xml on my Win XP system.
