I'm really tired of this glitch, and it occurs with ANY pants, old or new. I just bought an outfit today and it happens to it as well. A friend says she never noticed it, so it must just be on my side. If anyone has any idea hwo to fix these, please let me know! Here's a screenshot of it.

Known issue with nvidia graphics cards on recent drivers.
