Today I logged in to see most of the folders in my inventory had no items in it. They all dissappeared. Im 100% sure it's a bug because had it been my manual removal of my items, things in my trashcan from a while back wouldnt still be there. The whole trashcan would have been emptied. Some items are still in their folder though. But I did try reloging many times, uninstalling - reinstalling. I dont know what to do... help!

Hi, Skankerella (ROFL!!!), welcome to the forums.
Have you tried clearing your cache? (Edit/Preferences/Network/Clear Cache, then relog).
Actually, deleting it altogether might work better.
In XP the folder is (delete the whole thing):
C:\Documents and Settings\<your userid>\Application Data\SecondLife
In Vista the folder is:
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife
In a Mac OS:
(your Home folder)/Library/Application Support/SecondLife -> Cache
