Hello,
I've just noticed that my inventory reverted to a previous state. I had made an 'Art' directory and move things around and variously sorted other projects. This has hapenned within the last two hours. Events during that time: May have died 1 time. And I relogged once.
This has happened before, but this is the quickest I've noticed it after it happened.
No objects were lost (as far as I can tell) ... just the record of changes that I made to the inventory display.
