SL Voice Has Stopped Working

Whenever I start up SL I run into an error saying SLVoice.exe has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Im running Windows Vista Ultimate 64 Bit. If it matters.
