When i have the the slurl on my web browser,and click it(i am logged in sl)i get the message sl is already running,and i am not tp to that location,any help Please.

Don't know how to fix your problem, sorry.

A workaround would be to copy and paste the SLURL from the address bar of your browser into the SL chat. Then you just open the chat window and click on the link to TP.
