GF's Error Message

My girlfriend started getting this error message today, and we can't figure out why.

"Unable to upload [item UUID- different UUID every time] due to the following reason: The server is experiencing unexpected difficulties. Please try again later."

She gets it when she logs in, after she teleports, sometimes when she's just standing around.

I've had her clear her cache and detatch absolutely everything, and she still got it when she logged in. Any ideas?

EDIT: She's getting spammed with it now, after clearing her cache.
