Failed login

I was busy in Sl most the day yesturday everything was fine as usual.Wife came home for her lunch we went shopping for some new hair in sl place was lag city so we took some demos and tried to go home and try them on well demo's only worked on that sim lol. So we went back got our hairs and i said ok lets head home and get dressed and go hang out with her sl mom and aunt.

So she tps home i try to tp home it fails...so i try to tp some where else it fails, so i tell her try and tp me i get stuck in tp and crash. So im like damn it, so i go check my rl mail and i reset my router come back and try and log on and i get the error.

Failed Login.

Second life cannot be accessed from this computer...So i tried multiple times reset my comp, my router everything under the sun. Now my wife says well try and log on my account so i did and nothing,then she logs off to try to log on my alt and when she trys to log BACK on her main it said failed password.

I sent a ticket in ,its been two days with no word she sent a ticket in because now everytime she goes to the second life website it says You seem to be having trouble with ur password call this number and we can help you reset it, she calls them and they tell her to send a ticket in.

Now as of today she tried loging my main in and she can log im in and my alts i just can't.. So yea.. im going to lose buisness and my land if this doesn't get resolved soon and my dj gigs i gave as much info as i can to them in my ticket its been escalted as well and still nothing.


Also failed to add i can access my account on forums,everything loads fine i can do anything on my account on the website and make purchases on slx anything i want just can't login

This usually means your computer has been "hardware-banned", bit strange that you still could log in with alt accounts. So this could also be a network issue. I had a similar thing once.

What I would try first is to login from another computer that uses a different internet access (laptop/wifi, friend etc.). So you can verify if your account(s) are indeed banned or if it is a local issue.

If your accounts are banned you can only call LL support and start praying. They won't tell you much but to file a ticket. Then wait, call again, pray, wait, call again, pray. Hope dies last.

my accounts are not banned, my main and alts can be logged in from other computers just not my computer.

I think it had something to do with me resetting my router after i crashed idk why i would be hardware banned or i.p banned i didnt do anything o.0

even as a premium member im getting jack all for help.

You need to call them and be persistent. Ask for a responsible contact if they tell you they can't help you and to file a ticket. Call again...again... Good luck.

Alternatively you may try to narrow the issue in your network down. Connect another machine to it and see if this can connect. LL won't fix your router .

i tried using another machine seems i was i.p blocked in the comment section i did leave this.

I come to find out this has been a common problem,so called fluke in ur security system, where if someones internet flicker or goes on and off it seems to do this.

Triggering some kinda i.p block from ur side, incase its someone attempting to hack an account.

I can tell you i crashed ingame before i went to log back in reset my router then i tried to log in and i got the message.

after talking to live support and calling like 30 times, i was told what i left in the comment sectiion was right and admin's had it.

I'm having to same problem atm. And to be honest its making me very mad. I can log onto my account on different computers with different IP addresses, so I don't know what the deal is, I've tried everything. ... It's now day 2 for me sent multiple tickets. And all it says is "work in progress"
