Let me see now. You're going slow and everyone around you appears to not be going slow. Everything you do is slow. And you've changed nothing since your last log in.

Guess I don't have clue.

It couldn't hurt to provide some system informationi, just the usual, what kind of computer, what operaring system, amount of ram, what model video card, amount of video ram, what version of SL?

For a slowness question, what is your draw distance? What is your bandwidth throttle settting? What is your cache size set to?

What kind of internet service, what kind of network?

Does it happen everywhere?

Have you tried turning off your computer, modem, router, etc. ? (And then back on, of course, although leaving them off does solve most problems with Second Life.)

Has some anti-virus or anti-malware program kicked in in the background?

Are you running out of room on your hard drive?

Try setting your draw distance to 128 and see what effect that has.

What is your screen resolution? Is your anisotropic filtering turned on? What is your anti-aliasing set to?

Did you just recently u p d a t e your video drivers?

What version video driver are you using?

What do you mean by OL popup? What OL means is not coming to mind.

What version of SL?

What are your settings in, umm, the nVidia control panel set to? If there's an option to let the program decide, that is usually a good way to have them set.

What FPS are you getting?

When you do something like, say, jump off a bridge, do you fall at a normal rate?

Do you have attachments? If so, try detaching them all.
