Clothing/objects not appearing correctly

Hello, i am not sure what its called, but i have noticed that some items people wear, and furniture, do not appear correctly for me. These items for me appear to be types of balls, usually more then one and different sizes.

If anyone knows how i can fix it so i can see these items, please respond.

I have just added screenshots, due to the fact no-one responded, so now people can see what my problem is, and hopefully can help me.

That looks like sculpties not rezzing for you. Try clearing your cache and lowering your settings in preferrences a little. Sculpties sometimes take a very long time to rezz......even on the best of computers.
