Unable to add credit card

Is there any issue in the Billing section?

I click on the "Delete and Update Credit Card Info" button, OK'ed the warning prompt, and I get this:

Not Found
The requested object does not exist on this server. The link you followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you have it. Please inform the site administrator of the referring page.

Is anyone seeing the same issue?

It has been like that all morning and it's now afternoon and I am still unable to access this.

Can this be looked at please?
