Lost money!

Hi, new to the forums here, and hoping this is the right spot to post this. Due to tonight's issues, I have lost about 500L that I still had left over from buying it. Would anyone have a suggestion for me as how to get this back...to be more precise..would they even help me get this back? Kind of a bummer to lose money due to this I'm a poor avie as it is. lol

I guess no one can help me with this issue. I'm not sure what happened, I wasn't shopping or anything. In fact I was stuck in a region and couldn't tp out of it..that's just when everything started going haywire in SL. I relogged thinking it would help, but came back to my lindens depleted and things getting worse. I am not a premium member, but I did buy the lindens with real money and upset that they are now lost and no help to be had. Please, if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do, or who I can talk to about this, please help..it would be very much appreciated.

go the website, your account, transaction history and see where the money went, if things don't ad up file a support ticket, and maybe you'll hear in a year or two.
