Hi,
I don't know if anyone can help, but until recently Second Life worked fine on my laptop (I have vaio with igp345m graphics card). Now I can only see my character in detail, there are no colours or textures on anything in the world. It all looks greeny/grey with some blue sky. Nice ; ) I don't know if its due to upgrade to v.1.5.3 or to new graphics drivers I installed recently. Can anyone help? I'd like to see again!

Sounds like something's wrong with your connection. It must not be fast enough to download textures or something.

Does reverting to your previous video drivers solve it? If so, what's the difference between them? What version are they, and where'd you get them?

Unfortunately the IGP graphics card on the sony laptop is based on an ATI Radeon 7000 core and isn't compatible with Second Life.
Currently Second Life only supports Nvidia Geforce 2 and better cards as well as ATI Raedon 8500 and better graphics cards.

It may not be supported, but if it USED to work, try reverting your drivers. If you've never gotten it working on this computer, then you're probably out of luck.
