Ok... let me start off by saying I'm fairly new (first post).

I've been here since May so I know a bit about SL. My profession, currently, is the CEO of Dominion Corporation. Dominion specializes in the construction of prefab and custom buildings for the players of SL. I've noticed this rather well known bug for quite a while, I was new then, and assumed it would be fixed quickly... Wrong! This problem has ruined many buildings, and has cost me (and I'm sure many others) many Hours in return. Research on this has brought me to over a dozen forum posts (some as far back as January) and many "we'll do it later" responses by LL.

If LL wants to keep the builders in SL, it needs to stop adding new content BEFORE it fixes the major bugs. (This was There's mistake) My clients ask for a building to be done on X date, if I have to go back and fix problems like link drifting (buildings can shift many degrees in all directions just by linking it once) I'll lose business, and in the end, so will SL.

I ask if you've ever experienced this bug to please post here. please include how, when, where, and what happened.

Thanks,
Sam Portocarrero

How - Linking a wall to the rest of a buildings main structure
When - August 2nd 2004
Where - Dominion Custom Homes - Poliahu
What - Caused the whole structure to shift, moving all pieces in different directions by many degrees.
