When I log in I am frozen. I cannot move. just 2 days ago i was able to do everything i wanted to in SL.
Please help.

Some things to try:
Reset your firewall.
Reset your router.
See if you can log in after ditching your settings.xml (hide/rename it).
See if you can log into a non-script enabled sim incase it's a weird attachment.
Not necessarily useful but at least I'm keeping you company ;D
