Cannot downgrade to basic !?

Hello,
I have a weird problem: I am going to switch to a new credit card soon,
and I have to go to basic account for a while until my new card is available.

I deleted the outdated expired credit card info, and now wanted to downgrade
my account to basic. I get an error message that I cannot do that without
a valid card card on file.

This is weird!!! I don't have a credit card and the system forces me to
stay premium (for which I would need a credit card), but refuses to let
me go basic.

What can I do?????

As you obviously still have a premium account grab a phone and call LL .
